子宫内膜癌癌前病变的病理学研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 子宫内膜癌主要有两种病理类型：Ⅰ型（内膜样腺癌）和Ⅱ型[浆液性乳头状癌（浆乳癌）、透明细胞癌等]。其中，内膜样腺癌占内膜癌的80％以上，预后较好；浆乳癌与透明细胞癌均较少见，分别占5％～10％和3％～6％，预后较差。这两型癌的癌前病变各有其独特的临床病理学表现和分子表达，现就其病理学特点综述如下。
