咽旁间隙多形性腺瘤致阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征一例 被引量：4

摘要 我们于2005年收治1例由左侧咽旁间隙多形性腺瘤引起阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS），术前未发现肿瘤，行悬雍垂腭咽成形术后，睡眠呼吸暂停未见好转，进一步检查才发现左侧咽旁间隙肿瘤，简要介绍如下。
