From 2004 to 2005, archaeological institute of Shannxi Province excavated 4 tombs of the Ming dynasty from northern suburban of Xian City; large quantities of jades, pottery, bronze coins and tin ware were discovered in this cite. According to the epitaph on memorial tablet, the hosts of M14 are Zhu Bingju, the Fuguo General of Kingdom Qin and his wife; the hosts of other three tombs are his descendants and clan members. The excavators unearthed some well-preselwed arches and altars which were built by bricks; they also found wooden coffins which were exquisitely painted with lacquer. Those findings provide material data to the research on system of enfeoffment and rite of funeral.
