Application of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in peripheral nerve system

摘要 1968年。Friedenstein发现骨髓中存在一类可以单克隆形式增殖.在体外培养过程中细胞形态与集落方式类似成纤维细胞的细胞,这类细胞与造血干细胞完全不同。实验发现在体外培养这类细胞的过程中,严格控制其所处的微环境,这类细胞可向骨、软骨、脂肪.肌肉、神经元及神经胶质细胞等间充质来源的细胞类型分化,在体内移植后同样具有这一特性,因而将其命名为骨髓间充质干细胞。
