摘要
目的探讨姜黄素对人食管癌A549细胞增殖和细胞凋亡的影响。方法MTT法测定不同浓度姜黄素对人食管癌A549细胞的增殖抑制率,流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡率。结果在一定的浓度范围内,随着姜黄素浓度的增加,细胞增殖的抑制率显著增加,呈明显量-效关系(r=0·992,P<0·01);姜黄素对人食管癌A549细胞的凋亡率为(18·89±0·58)%,明显高于对照组的(4·25±0·19)%(P<0·01)。结论姜黄素可抑制人食管癌A549细胞的增殖、诱导细胞的凋亡。
Objective To study the effect of curcumin on human esophageal cancer cell lines A549 proliferation and apoptosis. Methods The absorbance of the A549 cells was measured by MTT reduction assay and its growth inhibition ratio was calculated. The apoptical ratio of the A549 cells was evaluated by flow cytometry. Results In a certain concentration range, curcumin could inhibit A549 cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent pattern. The apoptical ratio of curcumin group was 18.89±0. 58%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (4. 25 ±0.19%, P〈 0.01). Conclusion Curcumin could inhibit the proliferation and induce apotosis of human esophageal cancer cell lines A459.
