Study on the Emergency Decision Making and Its Support System Oriented to Vital Accidents in E_5 Pots of Liaoyang Petrochemical Co.

分析了 E5罐区重大事故的隐患及其特性 ,研究了以重大事故为对象的应急决策的特点、应急决策的过程及每个阶段的主要活动内容 ,讨论了 E5罐区重大事故应急决策支持系统的功能需求 ,提出了该系统的结构框架 ,旨在提高 E5罐区重大事故的预防和预测水平 ,增强应急决策能力 。

Hidden dangers and features of accidents in the E 5 pots were analyzed. Characteristics,process and major activites of the emergency decision were studied.The functional requirement for the support system of emergency decision of vital accidents was discussed.The structural scheme of the system was proposed.The results can be used to improve the level of preventing and forecasting the accidents,and make emergency decision.
