摘要
根据用于法布里 -珀罗标准具的全息反射镜的结构特点 ,提出了数学上处理这类特殊的反射型位相体光栅的物理模型 ,并利用它得到了全息反射镜的反射系数、角度选择性和波长选择性。说明它们完全满足了 F- P标准具的细度。
According to the construction of holographic mirrors (HM's) used in Fabry-Perot Etalons,a physical modal and a mathematical method is proposed to deal with the special volume phase reflection gratings.And the reflection coefficient,angular selectivities and wavelength selectivities are calculated by using this approach.The results obtained show that the HM′s are expected to be satisfied with demands for fineness.angular band range and free spectral range of the F-P etalons.
