摘要
目的:评价自身增强可吸收螺钉在松质骨部位骨折内固定中的应用价值。方法:解放军第四五四医院骨科于1998-06/2005-05采用自身增强可吸收螺钉、棒为37例松质骨部位骨折患者行内固定术(自身增强聚乙交酯、聚丙交酯螺钉:螺纹径3.5~4.5mm,杆径2.0~3.2mm,长度25~70mm;自身增强聚乙交酯、聚丙交酯棒:直径2.0~3.2mm,长度30~70mm)。术后以肢体局部功能恢复和不同时期X线片检查结果综合判断疗效。结果:术后平均随访18个月,无一例发生感染、无菌性炎症反应、骨溶解现象。疗效:优27例,良5例,可4例,差1例,优良率86.48%。结论:自身增强可吸收聚乙交酯、聚丙交酯螺钉是非承重的松质骨骨折、关节内骨折的理想内固定物,其明显的优点在于避免了再次手术,减少了感染机会,使用简便,不干扰放射影像,不影响关节内骨折的愈合。
AIM: To evaluate the application of absorbable self-reinforced screws in the intemal fixation of cancellous bone fracture.
METHODS: From June 1998 to May 2005, the absorbable self-reinforced screws and sticks were used for 37 fracture intemal fixation patients in Department of Orthopaedics, the 454 Hospital of Chinese PLA. (The absorbable self-reinforced polyglycolide and polylactide materials were adopted: the diameter of screw thread was 3.5-4.5 mm, the diameter of bolt was 2.0-3.2 mm, the length was 25-70 mm; The diameter of the stick was 2.0-3.2 mm, the length was 30-70 mm). The curative effect was judged comprehensively by the functional recovery of local limbs and X-ray checks at different stages.
RESULTS: All patients were followed up for average 18 months without infection, aseptic inflammation or osteolysis. The curative effect was evaluated as: excellent in 27 patients, good in 5 patients, fair in 4 patients, and poor in 1 patient, the general percentage of fineness was up to 86.48%.
CONCLUSION: The absorbable self-reinforced polyglycolide and polylactide screw is a rational option in fracture intemal fixation of cancellous bone and inside joint, The evident forte of the absorbable self-reinforcad screw is the ineffective healing of fracture, avoiding second operation, decreasing infection, applying conveniently and no interference on X-ray check.
