摘要
从人力资源管理视角看,高校干部绩效考核体制仍存在一些尚未解决的问题。因此,可以从设定易于量化的考核指标、注重考核的过程效应、根据岗位性质赋予不同考核内容、及时向被考核干部反馈结果、遴选客观公正的考核主体、建立易于操作的考核体系等六个方面解决其存在的问题。
This thesis tries to introduce the new concept of modern human resources management into the cadre assessment of universities and colleges. It gives a detailed explanation on such areas as the basic principles, significance and assessing factors of cadre assessment , which aims at solving the cadre assessment dilemma pervasive in domestic universities and colleges, as well as offering solutions to the assessment of cadre's achievements and efficiency in universities and colleges and to the establishment of the related system.
