摘要
本文提出了模拟电路k元件故障可诊的网络结构条件,对于由元件参数、容差及计算误差造成的似块相关问题提出用奇异值分解方法在故障前给出可能的模糊故障集,以提高诊断的准确性.并在此基础上为提高网络的诊断能力给出了可及点优化选择的方法.
This paper gives a condition of circuit constitution to diagnose K element-faults of analog circuits. Singular value decomposition is used to solve the problem of approximate block dependence caused by nominal values, tolerances or elements, and computation er- rors.And fuzzy fault sots of a circuit can be directly determined by the constitution and the parameters or the circuit.According to the principle, a method for the optimal choice or ac- cessible nodes is presented.
