摘要
为了提高塔式起重机钢结构的使用寿命,以Q235碳钢为例对其表面采用无氨、无氰溶液镀锌以及钝化处理。并对已运行了4年多的镀锌钢结构试样在酸性盐雾中进行了耐腐蚀实验,在部分实验数据基础上采用非等间隔灰色预测建模方法对镀锌钢结构耐腐蚀性能进行预测。结果表明,镀锌钢结构耐腐蚀性能非等间隔灰色预测结果精度高,钢结构镀锌后的耐腐蚀性能得到很大改善,寿命至少提高了7年。
This paper covers increase in tower crane steel structure. Q235 steel structure is galvanized by solution without ammonia or cyanogen and is passivation treated. Corrosion resistant tests of samples that have been used for 4 years are carried out in acid salt fog and corrosion resistant capability of the samples is forecasted based on non - equidistance grey forecasting theory. Results reveal that this kind of forecasting method features high accurate and corrosion resistant capability of steel structure has been inmproved greatly by galvanization, with increase of at least seven years in life.
