摘要
介绍了对电铲上矿物进行在线动态称重的方法,用力学知识分析影响铲斗重量的所有变量,依据这些变量的特征和范围选择合适的传感器进行测量。单片机AT89C52控制定时采样,并把采样值通过串行通信传送给PC机,在PC机上应用Visual C++语言进行运算、存储及显示。
This paper covers mining electric shovel on- line dynamic weighing system. All variables that influence shovel load are analyzed using mechanics theory and sensors are selected according to types and values of these variables. The system adopt AT89C52 microcontroller to collect signals from the sensors. The signals are then transmitted to PC to be calculated, saved and displayed with Visual C + +.
