摘要
依据传热学理论和带式制动器的结构特点,建立了制动带瞬态温度场数值模拟三维有限元计算模型,用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc进行了紧急制动工况下瞬态温度场的分析计算,获得了内部温度场分布规律;分析了摩擦片不同性能参数对温度场分布规律的影响,为带式制动器的优化设计提供参考。
3 D finite element model of band brake transient temperature field is built considering heat transmission theory and band brake structural features. Calculation of band brake transient temperature field when emergency braking is applied is conducted with the MSC. Marc finite element analysis software and inner temperature field distribution law is obtained. Also, Influence of different performance parameters of friction disc on the distribution law is discussed.This provides a reference for optimal design of band brake.
