新极谱法测定食物中微量锌

Direct Determination of Microamount of Zine in Foods by the 2.5th Order of Differential Electroanalysis

摘要 采用滴汞电极2.5次微分电分析法(卷积伏安法)直接测定食物中锌,与阳极溶出法相比,试液不必经过分离,富集步骤,处理好试液即可直接测定,手续简便快速,灵敏度高,重现性好.在选定的氯化铵一氢氧化铵底液中,锌具有明晰的还原峰,峰电位为-1.27V(对SCE),食物中常见一些元素都不干扰锌的测定,对福州地区二十种食物测定结果较为满意.样品测定回收率为 87.0-104%. The zine content in some of foods supplied in Fuzhou has been determined by the 2. 3th order of differential electroanalysis. In the base solution of 0. 1mol/ L NH4Cl-NH4OH, a sensitive and definitive wave can be obtained. Its peak potential is -1.27 v and the detection limit of this method approximately 30 ×10-9g / ml. It is found that the common elements in foods do not happen to have any interference under the experimental conditions. The recovery of zone was 87.0-104% This method can be widely used for the determination of zine in various foods.
