摘要
使用活性铜电极作为阳极、以金电极为阴极、以KOH溶液为电解液,制备了原电池型氧气传感器,并对活性铜电极的制备进行了细致的考察。实验表明:以电镀铜锌合金为基础,在质量分数为10%的KOH溶液中除去合金中的锌组分,所得到的多孔活性铜具有较高的活性,所制传感器性能稳定,在氧气体积分数为0~30%的范围内,传感器输出具有较好的线性,以空气条件为零点的传感器,对体积分数为18%的氧气响应时间小于15s.以活性铜为阳极的原电池型氧气传感器不受空气中CO2的影响。
The preparation of active copper electrode and its application as anode in a KOH electrolyte based galvanic cell oxygen sensor were discussed. Copper zinc alloy is electroplated on carbon fiber and then treated in 10% mass fraction of KOH solution in order to remove zinc from the alloy, which produced high active porous copper on the carbon fiber. The oxygen sensor with active copper as anode displayed a linear response between 0 to 30% volume fraction of oxygen.The response time( t90)of the sensor to 18% volume fraction of oxygen is no less than 15 seconds. Carbon dioxide has little influence on the sensor.
