摘要
研制了一种基于悬臂梁差动结构的新型长周期光纤光栅压力传感器。该传感器测量精度高、结构简单,便于加工。其独特的差动结构克服了温度变化对测量的影响,在温度变化后不用再次标定。测试结果表明:在0-6MPa的测量范围内,温度变化25℃时,在不用重新标定的条件下,其测量精度保持仍在1%之内。
Designed a kind of pressure sensor based on differential-mode bracket and long period optical fiber grating. High precision and simple structure are advantages of this sensor. The special differential framework conquers the influence of the temperature floating,so that don't have to demarcate the sensor in new temperature surrounding. The test result shows that in the range of 0 - 6 MPa, even if the surrounding temperature varies 25 ℃ ,the sensor's measure precision will still keep in 1% without new calibration.
