摘要
粘合机是服装加工业的主要设备之一,针对目前使用的粘合机生产效率低、次品率高的现状,采用高性能的单片机STC12C5410AD为核心,设计的新型粘合机控制器,能够实时监测系统温度和压力,根据不同的工艺要求和布料的材质灵活设置系统参数,可以准确控制粘合过程,保证产品合格率,实现了粘合过程的自动化。系统实际运行表明:粘合机操作方便,性能可靠,一次可粘合层数由原先的几层提高到200层,使生产效率大幅度提高。文中给出了控制器的结构、硬件电路设计和软件流程。
Agglutinating equipment is one of the most important equipments in the garment industry. For the problems of producing inefficient and worse quality, an intelligent agglutinating controller was designed. STC12C5410AD microcontroller is as the core of the controller, It can on-line measure pressure and temperature, conveniently adjust system parameters according to different technological process and material, control accurately agglutinating operation, and realize agglutinating automation. By running in the local, the agglutinating equipment was operated facilely, has higher reliability and efficiency, agglutinating 200 layers was achieved in one time.
