摘要
通过分析中西方历史文化的差异,阐述了跨文化商务交际活动中,中西方文化差异的存在对商务谈判、商务礼仪、商务契约方面的影响,指出商务交际活动应充分认识到文化差异的重要性。
The article analyzes cultural differences between China and the West, and also elaborats their possible impact on the intercultural business activities such as international business negotiation and international business management. Moreover, it illustrates the importance of recognizing cultural differences in the process of intercultural business activities.
