摘要
直肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤，发病率仍呈上升趋势。由于多数患者就诊时已属中晚期，再加上治疗上的不规范，致使治疗效果欠佳，5年生存率在50％左右。近年来直肠癌外科治疗发展较快，应用全直肠系膜切除术（total mesorectal exasion．TME）、保留盆腔自主神经功能及辅助治疗已成为直肠癌外科治疗的原则，腹腔镜手术更成为关注的热点。
