通过对2006年某超稠油中间加热站及某片碱厂清洁生产的审核,分析论述了系统中各热量间关系,计算了各项能量指标,指出了预测系统能量平衡可揭示企业能耗状况,从而为其制定节能方案提供依据。本文对自然对流温度场改造、正确管理燃煤锅炉并为其制定节能措施具有一定指导意义和参考借鉴作用。

By means of CPA of an central heating station of extra-heavy oil and an flakes alkali factory of Liaohe Oil Field in 2006,this article analyzed and described the relationships between every kind of heat quantity,calculated energy target each,and pointed out that predicting the energy equilibrium in system may reveal the conditions of energy consuming,and provided the basis for making energy saving plan for it.The contents of the paper are of the general guiding significance and referential effect to the reformation of all natural convection TF,correct management of coal fired boiler,and producing energy saving measures.
