肩锁关节钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效分析

Clinical Effects of Clavicular Plate for the Treatment of Patients with Acromioclavicular Dislocation

目的:研究肩锁关节钢板内固定在TossyⅡ、Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位患者中的治疗效果。方法:应用肩锁关节钢板内固定手术治疗TossyⅡ、Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位患者87例,观察患者的疗效、软组织修复及术后反应。结果:肩锁关节钢板能够牢靠固定错位的肩锁关节,使脱位关节保持复位状态,同时促进损伤结构的重建及患者运动功能恢复。结论:肩锁关节钢板内固定术的疗效显著,易于操作,能够最大限度地保留正常结构的生理功能,适宜于治疗中重度肩锁关节脱位患者,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of clavicular plate surgical treatment for the patients with Tossy Ⅱ and Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods：Clavicular plates were used in 87 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation. Early rehibitation, clinical outcomes and postoperative symptoms were recorded. Results：Clavicular plates could fix the acromioclavicular joint firmly, maintained the anatomic reduction of the joint, induced the reconstruction of the dislocation and promote the recovery of the movement. Conclusion：Clavicular plate is a good internal fixation for patients with moderate or acute acromioclavicular dislocation. It has obvious clinical effects and is easy to operate. Clavicular plates can maintain the normal physiological functions of the joint as well so it should be generally applied in clinical treatment for acromioclavicular dislocation.
