摘要
通过对α-Fe2O3汽敏元件进行低温、高温、稳态湿热和振动等可靠性环境试验,探索了各种环境因素对其性能的影响.根据试验数据,采用FTA方法对元件进行了失效分析,找出了影响α-Fe2O3气敏元件性能的主要因素,从而为提高气敏元件可靠性提供了理论和技术保证.
Through the environmental test including low temperature, hightemperature, steady damp and hot test, vibration and so on to the α-Fe2O3 gassensor, the influence of all the factors in the environment on the function of theα-Fe2O3 gas sensor were researched. Basing on the environmental tert data, thefailure analysis to gas sensor was made by FTA methods, the failure causes fromits construction, the production art and the material were analyzed. The main factors affecting the function of the α-Fe2O3 gas sensor were found, so that theoricaland technical guarantee of improving gas sensor reliability was provided.
