摘要
利用电化学修饰GOD工作电极及Ag/AgCl参考电极组装成了检测葡萄糖的GOD传感器.在0.7V的极化电位下,孩传感器对葡萄糖的响应电流小于1μA时,此电流与葡萄糖浓度成正比.传感器线性范围2.0×10-5至1.3×10-3mol/L,响应时间10s,稳定工作寿命150次,测量变异系数为2.73%。
Using a chemically modified GOD working electrode and the modified Pt electrode and a Ag/AgCl electrode, the sensor has been made for detectingglucose. Under positive potcntial of 0.7 V vs. Ag/AgCl, the oxidation currnt ofH202 is less than 1 μA, and it is proportional to the concentration of glucose inPBS. The GOD sensor's linear response range -2.0 × 10-3to 1 .3 ×10-3 mol/L, meanresponse time - 10 s, stable working life - 150 times and coefficient of variation(CV)- 2.73 %.
