摘要
采用共引发剂BF3·(CH3)2O/CF,COOH合成无色透明且相对分子质量较高的端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷,并利用IR、^1H—NMR以及^13C-NMR对聚合物的结构进行表征,研究表明BF3·(CH3)2O在6‰(摩尔比),三氟乙酸在5‰(摩尔比)以及起始剂乙二醇在8‰~10‰时产品的黏均相对分子质量较高,合成的端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷主链化学结构中以头尾连接为主,头头以及尾尾连接为辅,且末端基团不含有三氟甲基乙酸酯端基。
The synthesis of hydroxyl terminated polyepichlorohydrin which is high molecular weight, colorless and transparent with new coinitiator of CF3 COOH/BF3 ( CH3 ) 20 is presented. And the chemical structure is characterized by IR, ^1H - NMR and ^13C - NMR. The research shows that the product has a great viscosity under the conditions of the molar ratio of BF3 · (CH3 )2O, TCA and EG is 6‰, 5‰ and 8‰ - 10‰ respectively, and the main chemical constitution of hydroxyl terminated polyepichlorohydrin is H - T, and the subordination chemical constitution is H - H and T - T. And there is no base group of tri - fluoric acetic ester at the end of PECH.
