摘要
硼酸盐是水力压裂施工中植物胶压裂液中最常用的交联剂之一,但是其交联时间非常短,耐温性能差,为了合成具有缓交联性能并且抗温性较好的交联剂,在实验室里以硼酸为起始原料,经过与有机碱反应生成硼酸酯后,在催化剂作用下与有机配位体进行络合反应,最终制备了具有缓交联、抗温性好的交联剂。考察了以硼酸酯为原料合成抗温交联剂的反应条件,得到了合成交联剂的最佳工艺。反应温度60~65℃,合成反应时间是3h左右,催化剂用量是0.3%(质量比),络合配位剂用量是35%(质量比)。
The borate is one of the most popular cross linkers for the fracturing fluids of vegetable jelly during construction. However, it has two disadvantages, one is short crosslinking time and the other one is bad thermo-tolerant property. In order to synthesize cross linker with longer crosslinking time and better thermo - tolerant property, boracic acid is used as an initial material and reacts with the organic base to produce borater, then a novel cross linker with better properties is prepared by the complex reaction between borater and organic ligand. The reaction conditions for synthesizing this cross linker with borater as raw material are investigated, and the optimal technologies are obtained, the reaction temperature is 60 -65 ℃, reaction time is about 3 h, the amount of catalyst is 0.3% (mass ration), and the amount of organic ligand is 35% (mass ratio).
