摘要
研究了激光加工时金属表面的能量转换过程和“热层”特性。采用石墨涂层,对高速钢刀片进行了激光热处理,显著地提高了刀片表面的能量吸收率和硬度。
The processes of energy transfer and the properties of heat layer for metal surface are investigated in laser processing. The energy absorptivity and hardness of knife surface are obviously increased using graphite coating during laser thermal treatment for high speed steel knife.
