An Analysis on Profit Allocation of Supply Chain——Contrast Analysis between Model and Experiment

供应链的协调问题是供应链管理的一个重要方面,基于可部分退货的供应链契约,从契约模型和实验两个方面分析供应链利润的分配状况。结果表明,实验中供应链的平均利润与供应链的最大期望利润非常接近,但在这两种情形下供应链利润的分配比例差异较大。在理论模型中销售商占有供应链利润的绝大部分,而在实验中供应商占有供应链利润的绝大部分,并且销售商的订货量与批发价格之间不像通常认为的那样具有较强的负相关性,最后对产生这些差异的原因做了简单分析。

Supply chain management （SCM） is an important content of enterprise＇s strategic management, and the coordination of the supply chain is an important aspect of SCM. This paper studies the profit allocation problem of supply chain from two aspects of contract model and experiment. The results indicate the average profit of the supply chain is approximately equal to the optimal mean profit of the supply chain. But there is much difference in the proportion of the profit allocation between the two methods. In the theory model, the supplier gains the lion＇s share of the supply chain profit, while in the experiment, the situation is just reverse. And there is not an obvious correlation between the retailer＇s order quantity and the supplier＇s wholesale prices. In the end, this paper simply analyses the causes of these differences.
