要加快我省社会发展的步伐,建设和谐河南,必须根据我省的实际情况,就事关国计民生的各个领域进行重点研究,着力解决经济社会发展中关键、共性技术和制约发展的重大瓶颈问题,为全面建设小康社会提供强有力的科技支撑。

In order to quicken science development in Henan province and construct harmonious Henan, research emphasis should be put in various fields concerned with the national economy and the people＇ s livelihood. Resolution to the problems aroused from development of society and economy are given priority to so that strong assistance can be lent to building all round well - off society.
