南通市地表水中邻苯二甲酸酯类污染状况研究

Study on pollution condition of Phthalate esters in surface water in Nantong city

目的:了解南通市地表水中邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)污染水平和特征。方法:采集市区河水和市郊鱼塘水,固相萃取法富集水样,气-质联机(GC-MS)测定水样中PAEs浓度。结果:所测地表水样中均含有邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs),主要为邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP),浓度为1.27～20.40μg/L。市区河水中PAEs含量高于市郊鱼塘。结论:南通市地表水中普遍存在一定程度的邻苯二甲酸酯类。

Objective： To investigate pollution levels and characteristics of Phthalate esters （PAEs） in surface water in Nantong city. Methods： By using solid phase extraction and gas chromatography/mass spectroscope（GC-MS） ,main Phthalate esters in surface water samples from the urban rivers and ponds in suburb were determined. Result,： Phthalate esters were detected in all surface water samples, mainly being Di-2-exthlhexl phthatalte（DEHP）.dibutylphalate（DBP） and diisobutyl phatel（DIBP）, ranged from 1.27 to 20.40μg/L. PAEs levels in the urban rivers were higher than those in the suburban. Conclusion： Phthalate esters do exist in surface water in Nantong city.
