毛细管区带电泳法分离大肠埃希菌定量研究

摘要 目的:定量研究毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)分离大肠埃希菌(E.coli)以满足临床诊断要求。方法:用毛细管区带电泳法对E.coli ATCC25922进行分离,研究其峰高与E.coli量的关系。结果:毛细管区带电泳法分离E.coli ATCC25922浓度在105cfu/ml~5×107cfu/ml之间线性很好,其峰高与浓度关系符合线性方程:㏑mAU=﹣5.256+1.0036×㏑C,R2=1。结论:CZE法分离大肠埃希菌可进行定量研究。 Objective:A quantitative study ahout determination of Escherichia coli (E.coli)by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was to meet the clinic diagnosis request. Methods:We determined E.coli ATCC25922 by CZE and studied the linear relationship between the peak height (mAU) and the Escherichia coli concentration (C). Results:The linear relationship of E.coli ATCC25922 concentration determined by CZE between 10^5 fu/ml and 5×10^7cfu/ml was quite good. Regression line equation is cn mAU= - 5.256+1.0036×cn C, R^2=1.Conclusion: Escherichia coli ATCC25922 determined by capillary zone electrophoresis could be used for a quantitative study.
