蛋白激酶C作为靶位点在治疗恶性胶质瘤中的研究进展
摘要
蛋白激酶C(PKC)的过表达和高活性是促进胶质瘤发生发展的一个重要因素。PKC活性的抑制可抑制胶质细胞的异常增殖并降低其清晰性。目前以调节PKC活性为目的的肿瘤治疗方式已得到普遍认同。临床实验证明PKC抑制剂的应用可缓解高度恶性胶质瘤患者的临床症状,改善预后。
