综合疗法治疗正常眼压性青光眼42例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrative Treatment for Normal Tension Glaucoma

目的:观察综合疗法治疗正常眼压青光眼的临床疗效。方法:采用综合疗法治疗正常眼压性青光眼42例(78眼),对比分析治疗前后患者视力、视野缺损、眼压,采取彩色多普勒超声检查仪测定患者眼动脉与视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、阻力指数,并与治疗后所测定值进行对比。结果:经4周降眼压、扩管、保护视神经等综合治疗措施后,患者视力明显提高、眼压下降,视野缺损显著改善。同时,患者眼动脉与视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度明显提高,阻力指数下降,经统计学检验,治疗前后对比差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗正常眼压性青光眼,可以显著改善患者临床症状,提高眼部血供,防止视功能恶化,安全有效。

Objective: To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of integrative treatment for normal tension glaucoma(NTG).Methods: 78 eyes of 42 cases with NTG received integrative treatment.To study the contrast between earlier and later eyesight、visual field damage and intraocular pressure(IOP),and inspect PSV、EDV and RI of ophthalmic artery(OA) and central retinal artery(CRA),and contrast it with the value after treatment.Results: After 4 weeks’ integrative treatment of reducing IOP、distending blood vessel and protecting optic nerve,the eyesight of the patients was obviously increased,and IOP was decreasing and visual field damage was meliorated.And the PSV and EDV of OA and CRA were elevated,but RI of OA and CRA were decreasing.Through the statistical test,those data were all obviously different from those data before treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusions: Integrative treatment is safe and effective for NTG.It can meliorate the patients’ clinical symptoms and increase the hemal purvey of eyes and stop decline in eyesight.
