“一边倒”外交战略就是联合以苏联为首的社会主义阵营,反对以美国为首的资本主义阵营的战略方针。这一外交战略是建国初期,中国共产党主要领导人根据当时复杂的国际局势和中国的现实情况而作出的一项外交战略决策。
