摘要
“社会主义和谐社会”的提出让我们对经济法的功用进行重新审视,经济法需要也可能担当起更加重大的历史使命。加速构建社会保障体制和机制是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础,经济法与构建“和谐社会”两者理念具有战略的契合性,经济法在构建“和谐社会”中有其特殊作用。
The theory of ＂Socialist Harmonious Society＂ makes us reconsider the function of the economic law, which will play an even important role. Speeding up the construction of the social security system is the basis of the socialist society. The economic law has a close strategic relationship with the idea of building the harmonious society. Hence it harbors particular function in constructing harmonious society.
