摘要 在汽轮机控制方式改造过程中,为了得到DEH系统阀门管理环节的输入-输出特性,需要建立调节汽门的特性方程。首先对汽轮机调节汽门的特性进行了分析,指出汽轮机调节汽门特性方程具有较强的非线性,然后利用某600 MW汽轮机的试验数据,采用BP网络建立了调节汽门的特性方程。通过实际检验,证明该特性方程具有较高的精度,能准确地反映调节汽门的特性。 During the process of steam turbine's control mode transformation, in order to get the governing valve's put-in and put-out characteristic, the governing valve's characteristic equation should be built. First, the paper discusses the characteristic of the governing valve, and points out that governing valve's characteristic equation has obvious non-line characteristic. Then, the BP network is used to constitute characteristic equation with a certain 600MW steam turbine's testing data. Through checking up actually, it is proved that the equation can reach a rational accuracy and can precisely reflect the characteristic of the governing valve.
