摘要
电力辅助服务是电力市场中确保电网安全,稳定运行的一个重要条件。为了解决中国电力市场环境下自动发电控制(AGC)辅助服务的竟价组织和市场协调问题,在分析国外AGC市场的基础上,提出了计及电量报价的自动发电控制竟价模式。通过实际系统算例证明,所提出的模型和算法是正确可行的。
Ancillary services are very important to make the electricity- web safe and steady in the electricity market. In order to resolve the problem of organizing and corresponding automatic generation control（AGC） ,this work present a new framework which involve the electricity price before having studied the foreign electric- ity market. We have proved that the new framework is coorect and feasible through the real example.
