努力探索增强大学思想政治教育工作的实效性,是摆在大学面前的重要课题。我国正处在经济和社会体制的转型期,时代特征使大学思想政治教育实效性受到挑战。增强大学思想政治教育工作的实效性,要确立明确的目标取向,构建合理的制度体系,营造良好的校园文化和创新和谐的工作管理运行机制。

Exploring how to strengthen the effect of the moral and political education is an important research topic for universities. Our country is in the changing period of economic and social systems; therefor the feature of the times has brought the challenge to the moral and political education in universities. To improve the effect of the moral and political education, we should set up a definite aim, construct an institutional system, build up nice campus culture and innovate a harmonious managing performance system.
