摘要
本文提出实现F-P谐振输出器温控调谐系统的PID精密控制方法。在一般环境温度下,控温精度达0.01℃,并给出红宝石激光器输出的实验结果和温控系统的部分结构设计。
A methed of a fine temperature tunable system by PID control of F-P resonator radiator is proposed in this paper.At the normal envirormental temperature it reaches precision of 0.01 ℃. At the same time, the experimental results for ruby laser and the partial structural design for the system are given.
