摘要
本文分析了医院近两年来夜间门诊量时间分布和科室分布规律,以及医师出诊资质与夜间门诊量的关系;探讨了夜间门诊量的季节指数变动规律;提出了建立科学运行机制、合理配备技术力量、搞好综合服务保障等对策。
The paper analyzed the distribution of time and department of night - time outpatients and the relationship between the titles of the doctors and the outpatient quantities. And the variation of the night - time outpatient quantities was studied with seasonal - index. Then the author put forward the countermeasures to improve the night -time outpatient services.
