干部病房医疗质量管理实践

Consideration and Practice of Medical Quality Control in Cadre Ward

干部病房的主要职能是提供师以上干部的医疗服务。本文从军队医院干部病房医疗质量管理的实践出发,针对干部病房的医疗质量管理不同于一般科室的特点和目标,提出必须从医疗基础质量、医疗环节控制、重视终末质量管理三个方面入手,实施有自身特点和实际效果的全面质量管理措施。

The main mission of cadre ward is supplying medical service to the cadres senior than division commander. Based on the special characteristics and objectives of quality management in cadre ward, the author proposed that some special total quality control measures should be carried out from three aspects as medical basic quality, process control and final quality.
