Evaluation on Research Performance with Compositive Index Method

目的:探讨运用综合指数法来评价医院科研绩效。方法:采用量化评分法,对各年度科研项目进行指数化,赋予各科研项目不同的权重,采用综合指数法计算年度综合指数值,进行比较。结果:本院科研综合指数逐年增加,与客观实际相符。结论:综合指数法可用于评价医院科研绩效。

Objective： To discuss the effect of evaluation on research performance with compositive index method. Methods：Set index to research item, and endow different weight to each index, then calculate annual compositive value with compositive index method and compare the value. Results： The value increased gradually by year, which accorded with the fact. Conclusion： It is feasible to evaluate research performance of hospital with compositive index method .
