摘要
任职教育具有培训目标的明确性、职业岗位的指向性、教学内容的针对性,教学手段的实践性等鲜明特色。为了调动学员的兴趣,达到锻炼思维,提高能力的目的,任职教育师资队伍建设应强调以下几点:一是建立健全严格的教员选拔新机制,选调的教员应符合任职教育需要;二是推行院校教员与部队军官双向交流新机制,丰富教员的部队实践经验;三是大力推行聘任淘汰制度;四是实行岗位锻炼制度、教员流动培养制度,抓好教员的任职、代职和兼职。
Explicit objective, servicing for occupation, and pertinence of contents are main characters of graduate education. To improve teaching effect, the construction of teacher team should follow some principles: Firstly, set up strict selection mechanism; Secondly, enrich the teachers' experiences of serving for the troop; Thirdly, carry out elimination system; Fourthly, implement post exercising system.
