摘要
本实验通过建立大鼠冠状动脉结扎急性心肌缺血模型,观察蒺藜总皂苷抗急性心肌缺血的保护作用,结果发现蒺藜总皂苷可通过显著降低大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图ST段绝对值,升高血清中SOD,增强清除自由基的能力,降低血清中MDA含量,减少心肌梗死面积,进而对缺血心肌起到保护作用。
To study the protective effects of Gross Saponins of Tribulus Terrestr is (GSTT) on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. An acute myocardial ischemic model was set up by ligating left coronary artery,the effects of GSTT on absolute value of ST hsegment in electricardiagram,the serum SOD and MDA contents,cardiac infarction area in rats were observed. GSTT has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia induced by ligating left coronary artery in rats,which is closely related to decrease absolute value of ST-segment,enhancing removement of free radicals by increasing SOD content,inhibiting the leakage of MDA, and decreasing the myocardial infarct size.
