摘要
本文提出一种新的三维物体面形合成测量技术,传统光栅投影测量法在测量大物体及形状复杂的面形轮廓时,存在着阴影及测量范围不够等问题,本文提出的双面合成技术能够有效地解决上述问题。为利用光学方法测量物体轮廓提供了广阔的应用前景。
A novel technology for measuring the three-dimensional (3-D) profile is proposed in this paper. Through traditional method of grating projecting, some problems such as shades and limit of size of objects will generated. The technique can effeciently solve the perceding drawbacks by composite technique of two sides. The measuring results prove that this new technique offers a promising future for the profilometry by use of optical method. Moreover a new calibration method is presented.
