摘要
利用半导体掺杂玻璃CdSxSe_(1-x)山产生自相位调制效应,实现了加成脉冲锁模激光器的稳定运转,获得了锁模脉宽从300ps到180ps的压缩,平均输出功率达10W以上。
With the use of semiconductor Cd-doped glass to lead to the effection of SPM, we have realized the stable operation of Nd:YAG APM laser. The mode-locked pulse duration has been narrowed from 300ps to 180ps and average power of more than 10w has been obtained.
