摘要
“满足用户需要”已成为市场经济条件下衡量产品质量的最终标准。本文通过对“满足”要素在质量管理机制中的作用和功能的描述,论证了构成其内涵的五个层次内容在企业生产经营活动中的地位。
Under the market econony, ' Customer satisfaction' has been the final standard of the evaluation of product quality. In this paper , through a description to the effect and function of the elements of 'Customer Satisfaction' on quality management system, author has discussed the important status of the five level contents of the connotation of ' Customer Satisfaction' in business production and sales.
