肝脏移植预防术后肝动脉血栓形成的经验(附93例报告)

The experience to prevent hepatic artery thrombosis after liver transplantation(a report of 93 cases)

目的总结肝移植术后成功预防肝动脉血栓形成的经验。方法对93例肝移植术后患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在保证吻合技术基础上,根据凝血情况,术后使用低分子量肝素预防抗凝,无一例发生肝动脉血栓。结论肝移植术后肝动脉血栓形成的相关因素很多,其中吻合技术是关键,早期预防性抗凝治疗是预防肝动脉血栓形成的重要措施。

Objective To study the preventing methods of hepatic artery thrombosis after cases of liver transplantation were reviewed to analyze the incidence ,associated facters. Results liver transplantation. Methods 93 Based on low molecular weight heparin as a prophylactic anticoagulation therapy was used after operation indicat hepatic artery thrombosis did not occure in any patients. Conclusion There are many relative factors in proper anastomotic skill, ed by prothrombin time, the developing of hepatic artery thrombosis after liver transplantations, the key to prevent is improving the technique of artery anastomosis, and the prophylatic anticoagulation therapy gives the important measures.
