摘要
目的研究三氯生与双葵基氯化铵复方消毒液杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果含4.02 mg/L三氯生和130 mg/L双葵基氯化铵复方消毒液作用1 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;作用3 min,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。将该复方消毒液作对倍稀释,对大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用3 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值>5.00,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。结论三氯生和双葵基氯化铵复方消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌均有较好杀灭效果。
Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of compound disinfectant solution of triclosan and didecyl ammonium chloride. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The average killing logarithm values of Esctterichia coli , Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the compound disinfection solution containing triclosan 4.02 mg/L and didecyl ammonium chloride 130 mg/L for 1 rain were 〉 5.00, that of Candida albicans exposed for 3 rain was 〉 4.00. When the compound disinfectant solution was doubly diluted, the average killing logarithm values of E. coli and P. aeruginosa exposed to it for 3 rain were 〉 5.00 and those of S. aureus and C. albicans exposed for 5 min were 〉 5.00 and 〉 4.00 respectively. Conclusion The compound disinfectant solution of triclosan and didecyl ammonium chloride has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi.
