洁净手术部的综合性能调查

SURVEY OF COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTIES OF CLEAN OPERATING ROOMS

目的了解浙江省部分医院洁净手术部运行状态和洁净质量。方法采用现场采样和检测方法进行了评价。结果I级洁净手术室沉降菌菌数合格率为83.0%,相对湿度合格率为87.5%,噪声合格率为91.7%,其他项目合格率均为100%。所有房间平均尘埃粒子数符合率为99.7%,沉降菌合格率为95.9%,温度符合率为99.3%,湿度符合率为93.8%,压差的符合率为96.2%,噪声符合率为95.2%,照度符合率为97.9%,换气次数的符合率为81.6%。结论浙江省部分医院洁净手术室所建立的空气洁净设施存在设计布局不合理,部分微小气候不合格,管理不到位的情况,需要加强日常维护和管理。

Objective To know the working condition and clean quality of clean operating rooms of some hospitals in Zhejiang Province. Methods On - the - spot sampling and examination were used to carry out evaluation. Results The eligible rates of settling bacteria count, relative humidity, noise and other items in grade - 1 clean operating rooms were 83.0%, 87.5%, 91.7% and 100% respectively. The eligible rates of average dust particle count, settling bacteria count, temperature, humidity, differential pressure, noise, illumination and ventilation frequency in all rooms were 99.7% , 95.9%, 99.3% , 93.8% , 96.2%, 95.2%, 97.9% and 81.6% respectively. Conclusion In clean operating rooms of some hospitals in Zhejiang Province, the design and layout of air cleaning facilities were irrational, some microclimate was ineligible and administration was imperfect, so it is necessary to stengthen the daily maintenance and administration.
