摘要
本文讨论了兵工器件振动环境试验中的若干问题,主要有:环境试验的力学内容,夹持件对试验的影响,夹具的频响特性与安装共振频率;复杂的动特性对试验的影响与对策。文中还举例介绍了如何利用夹具的模态分析结果用模态修改方法预测固定对夹具动特性的改变。最后,介绍闭环控制试验。
This paper comments several improtant points in the process of the vibrational environmental tests for the parts of military equipment. Mainly there are the dynamic content of the test, the influence of mounting method, the dynamic properties of fixtures and mounting resonance, the influence of dynamic properties of complex fixtures on the experiment and the ways to deal with it. As an example, the paper presents a method of mode modification used in predicting the influence of mounting on the dynamic properties of the fixture.
